Type: Rechargeable battery sealed lead-acid. 4 Ah 12 V nominal.
Charging time: 2 hours for 90% of total capacity. 18 hours to 100% capacity. Charging to less than 100% will reduce the life of the battery.
Capacity: 2.5 hours monitoring or 50 full – energy discharges or 1 hour monitoring and recording.
AC input: 100-230 VAC +/- 15%, 50/60 Hz.
Battery Indicators: illuminated LED indicates the battery is charging. Low battery message appears on the monitor. - Defibrillator
Waveform: sinusoidal damped
Output Power: 2,3,5,7,10,20,30,50,70,100,150,200,300, and 360 joules.
Load control: push – button on apex paddle and on front panel.
Charging time: Less than 5 seconds to 360 joules with functional battery installed.
Charge done indicator: display indicates available energy, light shows also full load in apex paddle, charge done tone.
Synchronizer: SYNC message appears on the monitor and is recorded periodically on the recorder while in synchronous mode. An audible beep sounds with each R-wave detected while a marker on the monitor and sync marker on the strip recorder indicates a discharge point.
Paddles: Standard paddles are anterior / anterior. Electrodes for adult (83 sq cm) slide to expose pediatric electrodes (21 sq cm). Paddles cable is 10 feet (3m). A full range of internal paddles available. - Monitor
Input: ECG activity can be viewed through the paddles or patient cable.
Failure Derivation: LEADS OFF message (lead off) and dashed baseline appear on the monitor if a lead is disconnected. Common mode rejection: greater than 100dB measured according to AAMI standards for cardiac monitors.
Heart rate display: digital reading on the monitor 20 to 80 beats per minute. - Recorder
Annotations: time, date, heart rate, event markers, ECG mode, and selected energy.
Recording mode: Automatically documents ECG and events During defibrillation episodes. The recorder can be configured to operate in real time or with a delay of 6 seconds.
Frequency response: .5 to 40Hz in bandwidth monitor. Can select a diagnosis of 05-150 Hz bandwidth. 05-150 Hz
